- Factory Automation systems and implementation
- Robotics Lab setup and configuration
- Digital Transformation consulting and services
- Industrial Training programs
- 24/7 Maintenance and Support services
- Robotics Education programs
2. Service Agreement
By engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate project requirements and specifications
- Allow reasonable access to your facilities for implementation
- Participate in training programs as recommended
- Follow safety protocols during installation and operation
- Make payments according to agreed schedules
3. Intellectual Property
Regarding intellectual property rights:
- Custom solutions remain property of ZeroAI Technologies
- Clients receive usage rights for implemented systems
- Third-party software is subject to respective licenses
- Training materials and documentation are proprietary
- Clients retain ownership of their operational data
4. Warranties and Support
Our warranty and support commitments:
- 12-month warranty on all automation hardware
- 24/7 technical support for critical systems
- Regular maintenance and system updates
- Training and knowledge transfer included
- Performance guarantees as per project specifications
5. Limitation of Liability
Liability limitations include:
- Limited to the contract value of delivered services
- Excludes indirect or consequential damages
- Force majeure events are excluded
- Client misuse voids warranty terms
- Third-party component failures handled separately
6. Platform Usage
Usage of our digital platforms requires:
- Valid registration with accurate information
- Secure handling of login credentials
- Compliance with platform-specific terms
- Reporting of security issues immediately
- Respectful interaction with support teams
7. Termination
Service agreements may be terminated:
- By mutual consent with 30 days notice
- For breach of contract terms
- For non-payment beyond agreed terms
- For safety violations or non-compliance
- With completion of project deliverables
